Remaining Amount :30 equal monthly instalments from October 2008

On execution of Agreement & Registration of Land Sale deed :35% of total Cost (less booking amt.)
On completion of Foundation :15% of total cost
On completion of First Floor slab :15% of total cost
On completion of Second Floor slab :15% of total cost
On completion of Plastering :18% of total cost
By the time of handing over :2% of total cost+ statutory deposits and expenses
